Hi Darlington, You arrived to your MOT booking rudely demanding we Service your vehicle as well, which it was not booked in for. You blamed us for this as your exact words were 'well I know what my vehicle needs so you should too'. I tried to squeeze you in for the service despite your behaviour. This was not completed due to not being able to deactivate your hybrid vehicle. Your vehicle failed on a headlight bulb. We were unable to replace this bulb as it was near a major hybrid component. Your behaviour toward me and our staff was outright rude, disrespectful and not tolerated. We tried to be accommodating for you in every way but at the end of the day, everybody knows to book for the work you want carrying out. You did not do this and blamed us for it.
