Thank you for your feedback. We would just like to clarify a few points regarding your experience. Select CarZ has a sister company located less than two miles from our premises, which carries out MOT testing on our behalf. Unfortunately, when your vehicle was presented for its MOT, the registration supplied was a private registration which could not be found correctly on the DVSA system. As a result, the MOT station was unable to log and complete the test. This was an administrative issue relating to the vehicle/registration details rather than an error made by Select CarZ, and we did explain the situation once it became apparent. We appreciate that the delay was inconvenient and apologise if communication regarding the vehicle's location could have been clearer. To assist you, we collected the vehicle and, despite it being after our normal opening hours, delivered it back to your home.
