They did what they promised, an MOT Test. I was also provided with a video of the problems. My only issue was the car was not ready for me to take until adter 6pm and they promised to fo it by 5pm

My vehicle was with them from 0930, I booked this in myself at the self check in and was offered a free car wash to which I accepted, phoned at 1500 to see if vehicle was ready to be told they are working on this now and iPhone within the hour for collection which did not happen. When I did collect the vehicle at 1645 the car had not been washed and I also noticed that under the bonnet was still loads of leafs, spoke to the manager who was as shocked as me I then stated wait else hasn’t been don
