VW Main dealer facility. Free hot drinks and waiting area. My car was a Nissan. I wanted to wait with car, was told it will take up to 2.5hrs, took nearly 4 hours. In my notes, I advised them about a warning light on dash, they said they cannot reset it, because it needed special Nissan computers to reset. Later on I found this to be incorrect, as my small local garage with an inexpensive diagnostic machine was able to reset the stop/start dashboard light, and it is working perfectly.
