Secret Service Carlisle

This was a very good price for a full service. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They also clashed and hoovered the car free of charge which was a good addition. The reason I have knocked a few stars off is due to some of the recommendations for work. There was a slight knocking noise which turned out to be a loose dust cap, but they recommended changing the entire shock assembly for £300, They also recommended replacing the rear brake pads at 20% worn which didn't seem right

I'd had trouble with garages not communicating when my car has been in for work but Hollie was absolutely fantastic. Hollie kept me informed the entire way through and help explain everything thoroughly. Amazing customer service skills and very friendly!
