Was booked in for my car to be serviced few weeks before, had a call from bookmygarage to confirm booking. When I arrived was told it’s not on the system, showed them my booking details and email but was told they can’t do anything and that I should contact bookmygarage. Unfortunately they have no number for me to ring so I’ve had to take day off from work and unable to get my car serviced.

Excellent service was received. I booked my car for a Full Service and MOT. The experience was amazing from the word go. It was authentic, very professional and hassle-free. There was great attention to detail and excellent communication all along. I will go with it the next time.

Relatively painless. The only minor grumble was being advised to have a wheel nut unlocking key for the wheels on the day. I understand why....!!! My car does not require this. Loved the Kate Bush playing in the background whilst being advised of tyre conditions on video sent to me. More of this? Made me smile. Can't beat a bit of K.B!!! Advised about meat on disk break pads & advised I could bring car in March for a free health check next year as I don't do a big mileage.
