Booked through bookmygarsge however on arrival was told that there was no record of booking. Obviously not fault of sandicliffe however, they then informed me that, as I'd tried to book through bookmygarage that it wouldn't be a proper service anyway and wouldn't meet the warranty requirements- if a full service is advertised then this is misleading and I can only assume a way to get you through the door to up sell. Either bookmygarage or sandicliffe are not being transparent here, poor.

A booking confirmation email was sent to the garage on 12/03/2026. We then issued a booking reminder on 14/03/2026. In addition to email notifications, all garages on our platform have their own dedicated portal where they can view and manage every booking they receive from BookMyGarage. Regarding the service itself, the booking confirmation email sent to all customers includes the line: “Is your vehicle still in warranty? Please note that this is not a manufacturer’s service.” We include this so customers are aware upfront of the difference between an independent full service and a manufacturer-specific service, helping avoid situations like this. I’ll ensure your feedback is shared with the garage so this can be addressed.
