I had the worst service experience at Sandicliffe Loughborough. It felt like a relentless upselling session, similar to a timeshare pitch. After booking a full service, I was shocked to receive a call 30 minutes after dropping off my car, attempting to increase the price by £300+ for a "manufacturer-recommended service." As a business owner, I’ll be sharing this experience widely, and I will never return.
