The service staff are good. What isn't good is the valeting team, my van is only 1 year old and I've always washed and waxed it keeping it looking like new. They washed my van after the service which was filthy, only to find in the sun that the whole van is scratched all the way round. It looks like they've used a builders brush without jet washing it first. I've now got to spend £450 to have it machine polished.

Not impressed with the health check really, it states that due to the age of the car, it’s cam belt required replacement. The car has only completed 24,000 miles.
