The situation was not of my making, due to jobs growing (more work required than had been booked on certain cars ) and the wrong parts being supplied by suppliers , I had to decide wether I should service a vehicle or finish repairing somone work van so they could go back to work. I assumed it would be acceptable to move a service back a few days. I do try to avoid situation like this but sometimes it is out of my control and I have to ask if I can re schedule a booking. As for not giving much notice a lot of the area I cover is rural and I’m afraid phone signal isn’t always the best, so I couldnt give more notice.
