Dear Ms Carnell, I am sorry you felt the need to leave a negative review; this is our first on Book My Garage. After reviewing all emails, call recordings and speaking with staff, I do not believe you were treated unfairly. Your vehicle was booked for an MoT on its expiry date and failed on several items, including structural welding. Due to our Christmas closure and a fully booked workshop, we advised repairs could not be carried out until the New Year. Welding cannot be accurately quoted without inspection on a ramp. A full quote was provided on 29th December and repairs were offered from 5th January.
