Booked a service and MOT with RRG Salford via BookMyGarage, confirmed availability, but was later told the earliest appointment was weeks later. Received an email from the garage acknowledging my expiring MOT, advising not to drive until their proposed date – a frustrating and impractical suggestion. The scheduling miscommunication and lack of consideration for customers' needs raise concerns about RRG's and BookMyGarage's professionalism and service quality.

The car was collected on time, the service and mot was carried out in a timely manner and the car was delivered back to me exactly as promised. Special mention to Clint who acted in a very courteous and professional manner and was a complete gentleman.
