Fantastic service from start to finish for my Toyota Corolla Touring Sports. Communication was brilliant, making scheduling drop-off and pickup smooth and easy. I received a video update of the service along with a detailed report, which gave me complete peace of mind. The waiting area was very comfortable, with free hot drinks and biscuits. Highly recommended!

Great service experience as usual, nothing too much trouble.

I booked a full service and MOT with the collect and delivery service. It was confirmed the day before with the garage, but then no-one came to collect the car the following morning. I rang the garage and was told after a brief investigation that my booking hadn't been registered on their system. However, within 20 minutes of my call, my car was collected and the service and MOT was carried out that afternoon. My car was returned at tea time so all worked out well in the end.
