From looking to collecting my car. Was kept informed throughout. Loved the video service of my car faults, really hits home when you see it rather than just being told. All staff great customer service, very helpful

Wouldn't ordinarily go for a service at a main dealer but the Secret Service deal represents reasonable value and will look good when I come to sell. Very pleasant young lady looked after me before and after the service. Tried a bit of upselling prior to the service but wasn't too pushy. All in all. Pretty good.

The service I received at RRG the Toyota main dealer in Rochdale was excellent. There were a number of items not included in the service which are part of Toyota's normal standard service schedule however, the most important of these, I think, is the Hybrid check. As a goodwill gesture RRG did the work but this could have been made clearer at the time I made the booking. Otherwise the transaction represented excellent value for money.
