RRG Toyota Rochdale

I booked a full service and MOT with the collect and delivery service. It was confirmed the day before with the garage, but then no-one came to collect the car the following morning. I rang the garage and was told after a brief investigation that my booking hadn't been registered on their system. However, within 20 minutes of my call, my car was collected and the service and MOT was carried out that afternoon. My car was returned at tea time so all worked out well in the end.

From looking to collecting my car. Was kept informed throughout. Loved the video service of my car faults, really hits home when you see it rather than just being told. All staff great customer service, very helpful

Wouldn't ordinarily go for a service at a main dealer but the Secret Service deal represents reasonable value and will look good when I come to sell. Very pleasant young lady looked after me before and after the service. Tried a bit of upselling prior to the service but wasn't too pushy. All in all. Pretty good.
