Andy the Service Manager deserves a special mention. Nothing is too much trouble. I was due to collect the car one evening after an MOT/Service and it was dark and absolutely chucking it down with rain. Out of the blue and totally umprompted, I got a phone call from him telling me to stay put and he would send somebody to collect me.We have just had another service done and nobody tries to tell you that the car needs something doing to it when it doesn't, which we have had with other car dealers
