I booked a mot and service through book my garage on a Tuesday for the next day. When I attended Richard hardie they told me that they didn’t have me booked in, so I had to rearrange for the following Monday. When I attended on the Monday morning , going first thing for them opening. I was told to leave my vehicle as they didn’t know how long it would take. I thought I could have just waited expecting a time frame of 2-3 hours. They didn’t get in touch until almost closing time. Don’t use hardie
