Went for a major service. Never got a service report stating tyre ware, brakes condition etc plus what they had completed. Car was delivered back with greasy marked all around the drivers seat area. RF Services started I required to replace Glow plugs £208 Went to another garage for an estimate and they said no fault with glow plugs, that was concerning. Fault code was for a number plate bulb that they replaced for free. I'm not happy.

Hello Paul, I am shocked by this review. Not only is this a false review it is completely inaccurate of why we provided a quote to yourself for the glow plug replacement. You had booked in for a major service which is what we had carried out, as per our phone call we informed you the service report was left with your service book. Please check! Secondly we use protective covers in vehicles to minimise the risk of any greasy handprints or dirty seats. Thirdly we provided a quote for the glow plugs as you stated the vehicle was new to you and asked for a diagnostic scan to be carried out, we did so and the only fault codes stored were relating to glow plugs. We simply done as you asked Thanks
