The MOT was well-priced and the receptionist, Dawn, was very helpful. However, the technician carried out repairs without authorisation, then charged extra and issued an invoice that didn’t match the quoted costs. After questioning it, I was shouted at over the phone and again in person when collecting my car. The invoice was corrected, but the technician’s behaviour was unprofessional and unacceptable.

Good service, quick and thorough. Friendly staff, good communication and sum up of mot advisories. Recommended.
