After booking and getting confirmation, Rentech called saying that as I wanted "collect & Deliver" they could not provide the service on the dates booked, they offered an alternative which I accepted however all subsequent texts/emails from Bookmygarage still referred to the original time & date. My car was picked up as I arranged on 9th November, the garage phoned to recommend an air filter change, and returned my car in good clean condition shortly after the service and MOT was completed.
