My car was meant to have it's service done on Saturday 4th January. I had a phone call on the Friday before to say that they were going to charge me a further £80 for specialist oil. I did not go through with the service as although it does say online that the price may change I thought £80 was to much and to call the day before was frankly ridiculous. My car does not need specialist oil it was the fact they were buying oil from a main dealer
