Booked service & MOT on 06/09 for 26/11. On the day I called Renault Dacia Enfield and confirmed arrival time however, I was shocked to receive a phone call after 10 mins to advise that service would have to be postponed because, apparently, parts were not available/ordered in advance. MOT went well and car was handed back after being cleaned and washed. Service has now been rescheduled for 06/12.

The day before my car was due to be serviced and collected I received a call to say the collection driver was sick and we agree upon a new date of 30th August , I havent received an update to the appointment so I assume it has been made . Thankfully
