The price quoted for a major service was very competitive and included, if required, an MOT at the discounted fee of £15.00. The total price quoted was the price paid and there was no "upselling" of other services even when I asked if I would have to pay extra for any specialist engine oil which may have been required. The garage/workshop may not be the most modern and shiny, however, the work undertaken appears to have been done so competently and the garage staff were all helpful and polite.
