I received fantastic customer service here at redburn. Had a serious issue on Thursday, rang up and they managed to squeeze me in on Monday. I will definitely be recommending this garage to my family and friends and look forward to using them again in the future

Excellent garage & excellent customer service. The clutch on my Range Rover Evoque failed after only a few days' ownership. Thankfully I had RAC warranty. As an affiliated RAC repair garage, Redburn promptly diagnosed the fault & undertook all communication with the RAC & all others concerned (Land Rover & the garage I had bought it from) on my behalf, keeping me informed throughout. They recovered all costs associated with the repair, including all diagnostics charges & all repairs were done

I brought my to the garage a couple of wèeks ago with an Add Blue fault showing on the car management system . A full check of the system was carried out and the faults cleared. The process and outcome was fully explained in plain understandable manner. I cannot praise the friendly and efficient service for my first time visit to this garage. Thank you?
