Didn’t carry out interim service Failed my mot on headlights very disappointing I guess they didn’t want to work that day

We didn't think you would be happy for us to carry out a service on your car when you need a new headlight, bumper and wing as well as rear brakes and washer bottle. We told you to get the front end damage repaired by a body shop and we would do the rest of the work and get an Mot retest. We also loaned you a car for the day free of charge which you haven't mentioned in your review.

work carries out efficiently including replacement of a rear brake cylinder found to be faulty. Cheerful and polite staff and also use of a courtesy car.
