Apparently when you book a full service through book my garage it doesn’t mean a full service! Please always read the small Print. If you want a full service you have to book for a full service but also add on extras at an extra cost. Also booked a courtesy car, first visit didn’t have a car for me the second visit, gave me a dirty car with service light on tyre attraction light on and after driving it for 5 miles the engine light came on. They did apologise and deducted money off of my bill

Chris and the team provide top quality service and excellent communication. I purchased the car from RCP and identified an issue. Chris was as good as his word in addressing the issue under warranty and then carrying an mot foc after 6 months
Very friendly and has a nice waiting area comfortable, Mot pass which was even better well recommended.
