Not driven out in the vehicle yet, so cannot say if the car's improved or not. On the communication side it would have been nice and helpful to know 'when' the car was to be collected, instead of just turning up for it, and maybe a 'thank you' from reception for letting them know they had the wrong address on the invoice and providing the correct one and stating I'd paid the bill. Apart from that all good, collection and delivery driver polite and smartly dressed. Thank you.
