Nothing bad, just enough to leave a grey impression and to choose another garage next time. In a world of saturation of garages who can do your service, you have to do a good job, be reliable, honest, good value, good communication, friendly and start and finish on a good impression. Didn't quite make that in my opinion. The office lady was nice and the service chaps friendly enough. I would still recommend if all you're looking for is a cheap service and don't sweat the small stuff.
