We would like to clarify that the AM slot selected is a morning drop-off appointment, starting from our opening time of 8am, rather than a guaranteed start or completion time. Your vehicle was booked into an AM slot, and as with all our customers, it was treated with the same priority and no preferential treatment was given to other bookings. The work on your vehicle was completed at 2:48pm. The time taken was due to normal workshop management and waiting for parts to arrive from our supplier, rather than any specific or unexpected delay. We appreciate that you had prearranged engagements in the afternoon and understand your frustration regarding the communication.
