I was pleased with the oil change service I had as it was better value than other local garages. I can't believe the prices that some places charge for draining the old oil, replacing the filter and topping up with £25 worth of new oil. QCD staff were polite and very helpful. It wasn't easy finding their Bracley workshops. The only thing I would say could have been improved was giving me a time in advance rather just "morning". I would certainly use them again.
