Dear Mr Lo, Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our apologies for the lack of communication on this occasion. We replaced a bulb so the vehicle could pass its MOT. Normally, we contact customers before any repairs, but as it was a minor item needed for the pass, we went ahead to avoid delay. We appreciate your suggestion about taking photos. Most customers trust us to carry out necessary work, but we’ll keep this in mind if it becomes necessary in future.
