Hi Cerys, apologies that you feel so strongly about our business. We aren't aware of any "unresolved key faults" and staff "laughing before hanging up" as when you came to the garage this morning, you're only concern was to get a refund for the job we were paid to do, which was a full service. At the time you collected your car there was no advisories, in our opinion, but we appreciate the "fiat specialist" has a different opinion. We thought the issue was resolved this morning when you did in fact get a full refund, but alas, obviously not. Should you need to continue this dispute, please call us. Thanks, Practical Autocare.
