We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience, but we'd like to clarify the situation. Your vehicle was booked in for an MOT and major service, both completed as requesed. At the time of the MOT, there were no warning lights showing + the vehicle met the MOT requirements based on its condition at the time. We weren't informed that the warning lights appeared after driving several miles or that the vehicle intermittently went into limp mode. As the lights disappeared after switching the vehicle off and restarted it. the fault wasn't present during the MOT. Had we known about the issue, we could have arranged a diagnostic inspection. The payment was for the MOT and major service, not diagnosis or repair of an intermittent fault. clearing the warning lights was not presented as a permenant repair, as proper diagnosis is needed to identify the cause. We take Customer safety seriously. and reject any suggestion of dishonesty. We are happy to discuss the matter directly.
