Initially booked up for a service via bookmygarage, but the booking never got to the garage. I called the garage to re-arrange. The staff were friendly and explained everything. I did book the free car wash and vacuum, if I had had to pay for it I would have been very disappointed as it only looked like it had been vacuumed.

We’d like to clarify that the booking was sent to the garage promptly on 7th August at 11:45am, with a follow-up reminder at 12:31pm the same day. Unfortunately, it appears these communications were not opened by the garage, which led to the misunderstanding. We understand how frustrating this must have been and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. We also regret that the complimentary car wash and vacuum did not meet your expectations. I received an email confirmation from Sheraz at Pinewood Garage and regular reminders from book my garage. On the day of the service and MOT when someone finally came to unlock the gate to Pinewood garage, I was informed nobody was coming today to the service section, they were off sick!! Sheraz is the only mechanic!!

Dear Karin I am sorry to hear that you had to make a journey with on the day we were closed. The phone number provided by yourself on the portal in "incorrect". I did mention in the email that you have provided us with incorrect number which does not go through hence i was unable to contact you to inform you that we had to close the site on Friday which is a rare occurrence.
