For starters they rang me on the day to discuss my booking but said the MOT tester has to go home early but they would look at the calendar and for me in the day after. They said they'd call me back on email but no communication until I rang the next day at midday and they then had another excuse for why they couldn't do it. Spend more money and don't let this company mess you about.
