I can only apologise for our service falling short on this occasion,we have had our receptionist leave and had a computer failure so we were unable to confirm the appointment so we were unaware you were coming in as it was not in the diary and when you called in i was booked up with mots ,as we use that equipment for wheel alignment we were unable to fit you in.I am sorry for your bad experience and hope you got sorted out ok Since this we now have a new computer system and my book my garage account shows mots only ,but we can complete any other type of work on site as I have passed all other types of work on to Andy’s motor repairs on the same premises
