Excellent experience dealing with Penton Poole from start to finish the delivery and collection service was great a very polite driver that collected the car from my home as well as the girls that phoned me after the job was finished very polite and explained everything to me.

Great service overall, the young lady who dealt with me was very polite and knowledgeable. My only criticism was communication prior to service was poor. I had been waiting a number of days for quote for other work to be carried out. I ended up calling 2 days before service because no contact had been made.
