Such a surprise to find a Dealership that is not overpriced, efficient, and does what they say without a hidden agenda. The Booking process was easy through "Book My Garage" and communication from the Reception Staff was efficient and just brilliant... The Mechanics seem to understand what it is like to own a car ! - Well done Guys see you soon !- Great coffee to !!

I booked a Major Service for my car because it hadn't had one for a while, and whilst I was happy with the cheaper price that Secret Service managed to get me, I was left disappointed. My understanding is that a major service ticks all the boxes, and looks over most of the car. When picking the car up, I asked the fellow "any sign of damage to the suspension?" and he told me they didn't take the wheels off. I had no paperwork to collect, so was left wanting more info on what was actually done.
