Appointment was 230pm, i arrived 215 pm and they took my keys and parked right in front of the garage doors. I saw a young guy lift my bonnet and closed it after 5 minutes or so.After about an 45 mins my car was parked down the road and at this stage i asked whats going on. I was told my car was going of about 4 for its MOT, I wasnt told that the MOT was going to another garage ! Clearly they were over booked and about 10 mins b4 the MOT they took the wheels off etc for the sevice. £75 4 service
