I made Mot for my class 7 Van and was quick and responsible. I prepared week before my van , tyres, brakes , oil service and MOT pass good.

I sent my car in for a service and MOT telling them in advance that I needed a new reverse bulb and tailgate fuse that I couldn't replace due to arthritis. They used an auto electrician at £90+vat. All he did was replace the bulb, take my heated screen fuse out and swap it for the tailgate one but didn't say a fuse was removed, so I thought another fault had developed that I had to fix. If they had told me they couldn't do it I would have paid Halfords and not had the screen seem faulty.
