I am deeply saddened to hear about the experience Mr A had in our garage, I spoke with Mr A yesterday and offered to check his vehicle at no extra cost , but he declined the offer due to lack of time at his disposal. Unfortunately I was not in a position to offer him compensation without checking vehicle with a Technician first. As regarding to the failure issue, the Tester pointed out that the Parking Brake Lever did not had adequate travel and it was hitting the stop (lock) straight away, and this was a major defect at the time of test , showing clear defect in the Braking system . Our record shows , full satisfaction with all our customers which I have dealt with, however I would express my apologies to Mr A and I am always here to help.
