“Service and MOT”

Quoted best price for service and MOT including brake fluid and spark plug change. Good communication from Mike at all times. MOT identified new discs and pads needed and these were also fitted same day. All round great service.

“Avoid”

Feeble windscreen washers supposedly repaired but washers are still feeble although passed MOT. However, the big piece of trim in which the nozzles fit has been snapped in two and the whole trim was covered in mud as if it had been trampled on by muddy boots. A shocking mess. I have photos. The owner says it was fine when he parked it but promised to put right but has not ordered part after three weeks and I believe has no intention of doing so. Dealing with him is an unpleasant experience.
