This garage is not part of Book My Garage. They did not have my booking when I arrived

Hello We had not knowledge of this booking and was unable to carry out on the day - rebooked for today Friday 5th September.
I made my booking but when I got to the service, they said book my garage do not send through any of the bookings.

Thank you for your review although we're very sorry to hear that things didn't go as planned. Your booking was submitted on 11 May at 12:14 AM and was immediately sent to the garage. We can see that the garage opened the booking email shortly after, at 2:27 AM. Therefore, their claim that we did not send the booking appears to be inaccurate and likely an oversight on their part. We apologise that they were not transparent with you. If you still need to arrange an alternative booking, we'd be happy to help. Kind regards.
