Thank you for your response, while we do our best to be as efficient as possible unless vehicles are booked in as a while you wait appointment we do all jobs in a timely manner. An air con service takes around an hour and i believe all pricing was agreed before the vehicle came in for the service. This requires specialist machinery to carry out air conditioning work and relevant qualifications. Should you wish to call and discuss this please call the reception.
