“Patronising, Unhelpful and lacking transparency”

Girl on reception was extremely condescending, patronising and rude. No one who actually worked on/knew about the car explained anything in a way that put my mind at ease to not having been ripped off and it cost me more than 6X what I was expecting. They refused to do a pre-MOT test (a normal thing so your car isn't held hostage at a garage) and that's what happened. If I had left to find cheaper elsewhere I would have had to pay for second MOT, as it failed with them. There are nicer garages.

Hi Rosie we are sorry to hear that you feel that the experience wasn't what you expected, we have emailed you an in-depth response however we would just like to clarify that you certainly wasn't made to feel like you were held hostage, we advised that a pre mot would not guarantee a pass and that you had 2 weeks to have the repairs done regardless to where it was repaired and would only be charged one fee of £19.99. We feel that we were extremely helpful and you certainly did not give us any indication that you were dissatisfied as every conversation regarding your repairs was pleasant and you seemed grateful that we were able to make the final amount far cheaper than the original quote so we are left extremely confused however offer our apologies that you are unhappy with our services.
