They didn't have my book my garage booking, so I had to book directly with them. The total cost of the full service was actually £300 (excluding vat), and not the £192 quoted by book my garage. They charged £160 for 2 hours of labour, and £140 for parts. The owner was friendly, but the costing expectations was horribly misaligned.

After every booking is made with one of our garages, we send a confirmation email to the email address stored on our system and inform the garage to contact you directly. We are disappointed to hear that this process has not been followed as the booking emails were confirmed as delivered.
