I had booked my car in for a MOT and service. The garage were expecting me when I dropped it off and I received a call a few hours later to say it was all done and ready to collect. The price I was charged was exactly as quoted. I am no mechanical expert but the car did seem to be driving well when I drove home. My only suggestion would be if someone has booked in advance like that it would be helpful to send out a reminder email or text the day before.
