I booked online and somebody called me same day to arrange specific times & discuss the vehicle. Pickup was prompt and they managed to get the MOT done before midday which saved a trip. Staff are really knowledgeable and when asked for an explanation about an advisory - explained exactly what the issue is and timeframe for addressing and what to keep an eye / ear out for. Reasonably priced.

From booking online, confirmation call, to the friendly greeting on arrival to the completed MOT and Service, it was an easy but pleasure experience. Mr Tom explained what was going to be done and confirmed the work when the car was picked up. As promised, a call to say the car was ready was well within the estnated time. We will move my wife's car and mine to Mr.Toms going forward. More than happy to highly recommend Mr.Toms to family and friends. Thank you.
