Great job

I booked my MOT and had a prompt phone call from the garage the next day to confirm the time. I arrived 10mins early to a closed garage. I thought I would wait around just incase they were running late. I rang multiple times and left some messages. I ended up leaving after waiting around for 30 odd mins. I have had no one reach out to me to rebook, so I went else where. I understand life life’s sometimes but communication is Important.

Booking went through but no communication despite attempts to call and garage was closed. Sure there is a reason for this but was frustrating
