Unfortunately we had to cancel our booking a day after it was meant to happen because the company didn't communicate with us. First off, the booking was delayed and we received no communication about this, until we called them to ask about it. They said they'd call later in the day and didn't. They didn't then answer the phone or respond to messages asking how we could rearrange the booking as a result of their delays. Really poor service unfortunately.

Apologies for this, we were called out to recover a Police vehicle involved in an incident and around 1pm my son collapsed at school and was rushed into hospital which takes priority. Unfortunately my son is still in hospital awaiting surgery
