Booked this MOT and service on line. Very easy to do. Never used Motorsense before but will definitely use them again. They all seemed very nice and helpful. As a female customer, I felt comfortable dealing with them.

I had to take my wife’s car for its MOT here because my usual local garages were unavailable. I booked online and even got a discount, which was a nice bonus. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly chap and left the car with them. I explained that I’d be waiting, and he said he’d get it done as soon as possible. About an hour later he called to say it was ready. A smooth, straightforward experience from start to finish — and a lovely surprise to find another garage I feel I can trust
