Hi Alan — We attempted to contact you multiple times over several days to confirm your bookings, which was requested on Sunday 04/01/26, but we weren’t able to reach you. As collection requires prior confirmation, we couldn’t dispatch a driver without that step. Had we been able to confirm, we would have arranged collection and completed the service as planned. It’s possible there was a typo in the contact details entered into the Book My Garage system, which would explain why our confirmation attempts didn’t connect. We apologise for any inconvenience this caused.
