MOT CENTRE READING

Booked an MOT at this garage and thought it was a very good deal with the price. On the day of the MOT I missed a call from them, called back and was told the MOT could not be done that day could they move to the following day. I agreed and rebooked for the 20th. On the 20th I messaged to ask what sort of time to be told it was now going to be collected on the 21st. I noted this would not work for me and they agreed to do it on the 20th in the next 30 mins. 20 mins later they messaged to cancel.

Simple booking process, was contacted by staff to specify the time. Despite being late, was accepted without hassle. MoT quickly done while I waited. Great experience and value, highly recommended!

Called to book an MoT last minute (Same Day) - told it would take 1 hour, so waited around rather than getting a lift. Actually took 2.5 hours of waiting around which was frustrating.
